You agree not to disclose Builtfront's confidential information to any third party without our prior written consent. Confidential information includes any proprietary data, software, technical processes, business plans, and other non-public information.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account termination process provided in the Service.

7.2 Termination by Builtfront

Builtfront may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Builtfront, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Builtfront, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

Builtfront reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
